When you are signed in to a team queue with a Ready status, inbound calls will automatically be passed to your microsoft teams number.
To make an outbound call on behalf of your Queue, and if you are a member of more than one Queue, select the Queue from the drop-down list underneath the Dial Pad, as shown in the example below:
Enter the number to dial and click on the phone icon.
