Agent Assist
Agent Assist Recording, if enabled, records the call audio which can be managed by selecting from the call history and clicking the recording button as shown in the example below:
Navigate through the recording by using the side bar and dragging to the required point in the recording.
The playback speed can also be changed for quicker navigation on a longer call.

Recordings can also be downloaded as .wav files.Â
To see the call details, full transcription, summary, issue resolution and recording.
Click the popup as shown left.
The call details will now be displayed.
