If you are a member of multiple teams, and your primary role is making outbound calls, it would be time consuming to have to select the team that you wish to make the call on behalf of every time you make an outbound call.
In this event, if the agent is set to not auto-login (remove the check), which is set within the teams configuration page, as shown in the example below:
This will mean that when an outbound call is initiated, the team that the agent is currently registered to will display only this teams number.
The agent selects the team that they wish to register to as shown below:
Select the contact centre team from the drop-down list as shown in the example below:
The agent can now enter a number to dial (or use the phonebook), without the need to select which contact centre team to make the call on behalf of every time.
Or select a number from your phonebook.
