A unique Call Reference ID is automatically generated for all your inbound and outbound calls.
This reference ID can be used to identify individual recordings for subsequent easy retrieval from the Unified Recording Interface (URI), and/or copied to another document or system database (for example CRM).
1. During an active inbound or outbound call, a window will be displayed on your Call Assistant page; as shown in the example below:
2. Click on the Copy icon, to copy the Call Reference ID to your clipboard.
The reference ID can now be pasted into a database (e.g. CRM), document and/or to the Unified Recording Interface (URI) as shown in the examples below:

Using the 'Quick Search' feature:
When the search is initiated the filtered result will display the call with this unique call reference ID, as shown in the example below.
