If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
To make an outbound contact centre team call:
Ensure that you are signed into a team (See how do I sign in to contact centre team in related posts below)
If you are signed into multiple contact centre teams you must select the team in which you wish to make a call on behalf from, as shown in the example below:
Select the contact centre team you wish to make the call on behalf of. You can do this via the Calling From drop-down list.
3. Enter (or paste) the number you wish to call in the Dial Number field or select a contact from your Phonebook (also see 'How do I make an outbound call from my contact centre phonebook')
4. Once you have entered the number you can click the call icon.
5. Your registered number will now ring, you will hear the prompt ‘please hold trying to connect you’ and the outbound call will now be made.

If you are signed into multiple contact centre teams you must select the team in which you wish to make a call on behalf from, as shown in the example below:
3. Select the contact centre team you wish to make the call on behalf of (if you are signed in to multiple teams). You can do this via the Calling From drop-down list.
In the example below, we are signed into two contact centre teams Product Team and Sales Team, and we have selected the Sales Team to make the outbound call.
Enter (or paste) the number you wish to call in the Dial Number field or select a contact from your Phonebook (also see 'How do I make an outbound call from my contact centre phonebook')
