To make an outbound contact centre team call using your phonebook:
1. Ensure that you are signed into a contact centre team (See how do I sign in to contact centre)
2. If you are signed into multiple contact centre teams you must select the team in which you wish to make a call on behalf from. You can do this via the Calling From drop down list.
3. Select a contact from your Phonebook.
4. Select the phonebook contact and click on the call icon, as shown below:
5. You will now see a confirmation pop-up, click Yes to make the call or Cancel to cancel the call.
6. Your registered number will now ring, you will hear the prompt ‘please hold trying to connect you’ and the outbound call will now be made.
