Your call status determines your availability to receive inbound team calls.
To change your call status:
1. Select the required Status drop down.
2. Select Not Ready – You are now not ready to receive team calls, select a Reason code from the drop-down list.
3. With a status set of 'Not Ready' regardless of the reason code selected, no calls will be passed to you via the contact centre team inbound call routing.
