If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
From the call assistant My Account, upper right menu:
Click on Registered
Ensure you are registered to a Location (pre-configured telephone number) or to a temporary location.
If you are a member of multiple teams, click on the team(s) you wish to take calls to.
Multiple Team Members
When signing in for the first time, the system may show you as Not Registered ,or signed in to any of your Teams, with a Status of Not Ready As shown in the examples below:
First ensure that you are Registered (signed-in to TCM), by clicking 'Registered' this will now show as Green.
To sign-in to your Team(s), click on the Team Name as shown in the example below:
In the example above, we are signed-in to both the Product Team and the Sales Team, but signed out of the Accounts Team.
To sign-in, or sign-out of your teams, simply click on the team name which will change to Green (for sign-in) and Red for sign-out)
Single Team Members
If you are a member of a single team, and your supervisor has set you to 'Auto-Login', after you have Registered (signed in to TCM), you will automatically be signed-in to your Team, with a 'Status' of 'Ready' as shown in the example below for the Sales Team.
For single team members without 'Auto-Login' enabled, will need to click their Team Name as shown in the examples below:
Not Signed in to Team & Not Ready
Note: You will only need to click on your team if 'Auto Login' to teams has not been enabled by your Supervisor.
Signed in to Team & Ready
When your Team name shows Green, and the Status displays 'Ready', calls will be passed to you.
You are now ready to receive calls to your team.

If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from Microsoft Teams?
1. Click on the name of the Contact Centre Team as shown in the 'Sales Team' example below:
2. When you are ready to receive calls to your team, select status of Ready, from the drop-down list you will now start to receive calls to your registered Location (Telephone number).
3. You are now ready to receive calls to your contact centre team (in this example the 'Sales Team')
