Navigation Menus
There are two navigation menus one located on the left-hand side and one at the top.
The Left-hand Navigation Menu (as shown below) is used to move between pages within the contact centre. To expand/retract the left-hand navigation menu click on the menu icon:
Click here to expand or collapse the side Menu Bar
Click on Call Assistant for Agent features and functions.
This will display the 'Call Assistant' homepage for contact centre Agents.
Administration
Click on Administration for additional Call Assistant management.
Contact Centre Administration will allow the creation and management of Reason Codes
The management of Reason Codes for Agent Call Assistant may not be enabled. See your Supervisor/Administrator to confirm.
