If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
From the Registration page:
Select a location (pre-configured telephone number) from the drop-down list OR
Enter a temporary number and click 'Use'.

If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from Microsoft Teams?
From the Cloud Contact Centre Registration
1. Click on Location field X and select the Location (telephone number) where you wish to receive your contact centre team calls, as shown in the example below.
2. Your calls will now be passed to your Registered number.
To register to a Temporary Location (telephone number), enter your number directly into the Location field as shown in the example below.
Note: if you are using a temporary location telephone number, this will only apply for your current sign in period, and it will be necessary to add the number again on subsequent sign ins.
