If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
When you are signed in to Call Assistant, all the members of your contact centre team will be displayed as shown in the example below:
You will be able to view your team members Readiness Status, and the teams in which they are currently signed in, or signed out.
You will also be able to see if they are on an 'Inbound' or 'Outbound' call. You will also see those that are currently in 'Wrap-up'
Click on the Minimise icon as shown above to hide the display of all the team members.
If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from Microsoft Teams.
When you are signed in to Call Assistant, from your teams page all the members of your contact centre team will be displayed as shown in the example below:
