If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
Multiple Teams
If you are a member of multiple team(s)
Click the Team(s) you wish to sign out off as shown in the example below.
In this example you are be signed in to the Product Team, and the Sales Team and wish to sign-out of the Sales Team
Click on the Team that you wish to sign-out of, in this example the Sales Team.
You are now signed-out of both the Sales and Accounts teams, but still signed-in to the Product team.
Single Teams
if you are a member of a single team.
Click the Team you wish to sign out off as shown in the example below.
Click the Team button
Signed-out
If Auto Login is enabled by the Supervisor, you will automatically be signed in to any teams of which you are a member.

If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from Microsoft Teams?
From the Cloud Contact Centre Teams homepage:
1. Click on the name of the Contact Centre Team as shown in the 'Sales Team' example below:
2. You are now signed out of the 'Sales Team'.
To sign back in to your team, click on the same Team (or select another team if you are a member of multiple teams)
