Where an agent is available for calls and operates within multiple teams, the agent has to specify the contact centre team before the option to make an outbound call is available.
This ensures that the correct CLI (presented number) is displayed when making the call.
In the event the call is not answered, and the dialled party returns the call based on the number presented, they will be directed to the right part of the business.
Don’t forget to make sure you are registered available. In addition, check the number you have registered to is correct.
