A 'Call Reference ID' is a unique reference number (sometimes called Unique Reference Number or URN), that is captured during an inbound or outbound call.
The first part will always be the same length (14 digits) as that is the Date and Time.
The last 2 elements, however, could be of varying lengths as they comprise of the Server ID and a call number reference.
