This short video show you how to move agents and supervisors in and out of contact centre teams as required.
When Agents and Supervisors are initially added to the contact centre team, they will be listed in a central pool, which will mean that they can be moved in and out of teams at any time to ensure that the maximum number of agents are available at busy times.
Agents can be automatically signed in to teams of which they are a member, or in the case of supervisors this 'auto-login' can be disabled if they are not taking calls to the team.
