When you have selected your Teams Queue, it will be necessary to change your status to Ready to allow calls to be passed to you.
Select Ready from the drop-down list.
When you wish to make yourself Unavailable to receive calls to your Teams Queue select Not Ready, and select a Not Ready Reason Code (if set).
