Dashboards can be displayed as wall boards, either on a supervisor’s PC/Laptop screen, or projected onto a LCD Display screen.
This will allow team members to view their team statistics which will allow more engagement from team members to allow comparison with their own team calls and other teams. This will also enable team supervisors to view team call statistics (calls in queue, longest call in queue for example)
To display a dashboard as a wall board, click on the 'Show Wallboard' symbol as shown in the example dashboard below.
A separate window will now be display a wallboard view of your dashboard, as shown in the example below:
