Dashboards can be created to display both 'Team' and 'Agent' statistics, for example 'Calls in Queue' or 'Average Answer Time'.
Dashboards are displayed on a 'Supervisors' desktop PC, when the 'Dashboard' view is selected.
Editing Dashboards (from Teams page)
Dashboards can be changed either from within the Teams page, where they were originally created using the edit a 'Team' Dashboard, as shown in the example below:
Click on the 'Dashboard' symbol as shown in the example below:
The following will now be displayed:
You can now make any changes to the Title, Type, Record to Show (Team selection). In addition the 'Statistics' can be added, removed, moved up and moved down as required.
Click 'Save' to save the dashboard, or 'Cancel' to exit without saving any changes.
Editing Dashboards (from Dashboards page)
You can also make any changes to the dashboard directly from within the 'Dashboards page'.
From the dashboards page, select the dashboard you wish to edit (change) as shown in the 'SALES' team example below:
The following will now be displayed which will allow you to make any changes to the Dashboard.
