To edit (change) a Location, click on the ‘Administration’ link from the Contact Centre Homepage as shown below:
1. Click on 'Locations'
2. Click on 'Edit' as shown in the example below
3. You will now be able to make any changes as shown in the example below: Simply replace the Location Name, Code (2-digit ID) or number as required.
4. Click Save, to save any changes or Cancel to exit without making any changes.
Your Locations list will now reflect any changes made. In this example the Location 03 - RU-3 has been changed to Location 01 - Training Centre.
