How do I delete a location?

To delete a Location, click on the ‘Administration’ link from the Contact Centre Homepage as shown below:

1. Click on 'Locations'

2. Click on 'Edit' as shown in the example below

3. Click Delete on the location you wish to delete as shown below.

4. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion by entering the Location Name.

5. Click Delete, to remove the location or Cancel to exit without deleting the location.
