Locations are telephone numbers that can be added to allow agents and supervisors to make and receive calls using a landline or mobile number.
Pre-Configured Locations: A location can be pre-configured by both supervisors and agents from the administration section within Contact Centre.
Temporary Location: A temporary location (telephone number) can also be set in the event that no pre-configured numbers are set, or that you are working away from your usual location (for example working from home).
When enabled, agents can enter an ad-hoc temporary location. This provides a simple flexible working option for users, whilst providing customers with a simple and effective Business Continuity Policy (BCP) to operate quickly and effectively in the event of a crisis.
