This update of our new and improved recording web interface brings with it tons of productivity enhancements for recordings search and management.
Unified Recordings
All of the different recording media types are now all available within one web portal with a single login, which makes this a truly 'unified recordings interface'.
Quick Search
This now includes a much-improved 'Quick Search' feature where you are able to either copy & paste or enter names or numbers to retrieve your recordings.
Embedded Media Player
Another super new feature is the audio playback using the embedded media player which will save you time if you just need to listen to the odd recording. Of course you can also download and play your recordings using your own media player, or play to a telephone as you did before.
Note: When playing back to a telephone number, a security PIN has been enabled by default. This provides additional security as the person receiving the recording will need to enter the PIN before being able to listen to the recording.
New and Improved Search Filters
We have also improved the 'Search Filters', which can be saved as favourite search tabs for subsequent searches using specific search criteria.
Same Login Credentials
Another benefit is that you don't even have to change your login credentials to access the new Unified Recording Interface, you can continue to use your current username and password.
