Net Promotor Score (NPS) Survey NPS is essentially used to measure the loyalty of customers and it's a metric we want to understand as it has a potential impact on churn, which the business is interested in. This update will give all users the ability to rate Cloud Contact Centre and provide us with additional feedback. For Teleware, it’s important that we understand what our customers really think of our products and how we can improve them.
Improvements
The list of location options, from within the drop-down field, are now sorted by Location Name, then by Phone Number; making it easier to find a location when there are many to choose from.
