Improvements
Performance improvements to allow for more efficient handling of consecutive retry attempts to the same agent, when their lines are either busy or unobtainable. Generally experienced when the customers' phone systems are very busy or when agents have taken a direct call to their extension and have not changed their status to a 'Not ready' state. Retries will now happen around every 11-12 seconds, instead of every 2-3 seconds.
