Bug Fixes
Fixed a connection issue that resulted in agents not being able to make subsequent outbound calls.
Placing an inbound TCM call on hold (via #*) and then taking it off hold, no longer prevents Supervisors from intruding (listen/whisper/join) on the call.
Fixed an issue that occurred when a caller hangs-up during the process of being connected to an agent. This resulted in the agent's status being changed to Ready, 15 seconds later. In this time the agent could be on another call and would, therefore, be presented with a second call when their status changes.
