New Features
A unique 'Call Reference ID' will now be displayed on the TCM Call Assistant screen for both inbound and outbound calls. This 'Call Reference ID' can be copied and subsequently pasted in to another application, e.g. in to a CRM application. In addition, it is searchable from within Recordings in order to provide users with the ability to search for and find the related TCM call recording.
