New Features
You will now be able to access a Help & Support section from within the upper-right user menu, providing access to product FAQs, guides and videos.
Improvements
The upper-right user menu, when open, will now sit on top of the current page; rather than shift the page left. This will improve the UX on smaller screens.
Button styling within the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) prompt is now consistent with the rest of the Hub.
Maximum character limit of TCM team names has been increased to 50 characters.
We’ve changed the ‘End Call’ icon on the Call Assistant page (when making an outbound call) so that it’s function is more obvious.
Bug Fixes
Left navigation menu ‘hamburger’ icon is now displaying the correct icon.
When using filters on the Agent menu, the filters menu will no longer remain visible on the Call Alerts tab.
