Improvements
Prevent the ability to make an outbound call while in wrap-up.
We've improved the experience following the release of a new version of the Hub, by employing the latest cache-busting techniques in order reduce the need of having to use the Ctrl+F5 keys.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that caused an unrelated team to appear on a supervisor's dashboard/wallboard.
Drop-down field icons are now visible within the Preferences menu.
Fixed a bug that prevented the Call Assistant 'in-call' page from being displayed, if the agent changed their status upon answering a call.
