To view ‘Outbound calls’, including Team ID, Description, Last Agent Dialled, User Name, Call Date, Number of calls, Call Setup (seconds), Queue Time, Talk Time and Total Call.
click on the Outbound Calls tile highlighted as shown in the example below:
The following 'Search' window will be displayed:
In the example below, we have selected the 'Dashboard' view.
Hovering your mouse over graph lines on the dashboard will display a 'summary' of call information. Click to open up the 'Summary' view as shown in the example below.
In this example, the ‘Summary’ report for PFono TCM Agent 3031, has been selected by clicking on the window as shown in the example above.
