Version 2.2.5 or later must be installed
On the Sign In page tap Forgot Password?
Enter the username or the email address you use to sign in to Re:Call.
Tap Next.
Let us know the mobile phone number currently linked to your Re:Call account. This is the number associated to the SIM card on your phone where your Re:Call App is installed.
Tap Send Verification Code.
If the details you entered match our records you will receive a 6 digit SMS verification code.
Enter the code.
Tap Verify.
You will now need to create a new password.
Tap Reset.
