If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
On the My Account page, accessible from the top navigation menu:
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Enter your new password again Note: Your password must meet the password criteria.
Click Update.

On the Cloud Contact Centre Call Assistant home screen, from the Registration window
Click Settings.
From My Account.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password
Enter your new password.

6. Confirm your new password
7. Click Change Password.
