There are two steps that need to be completed before being able to reset your own password:

1. Add an e-mail address to your profile
The Profile page, which is accessible from the My Account menu, provides a means to add or update your information and, if your e-mail address hasn’t been verified, resend a verification e-mail. Until your e-mail address has been verified there will be an ‘Unverified’ (amber) label above the e-mail address field.

2. Verify the e-mail address
Following the adding of an e-mail address to your profile, or the changing of an existing one, on clicking the Save button a verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Once the e-mail address has been verified the verification status will change from ‘Unverified’ (amber) to ‘Verified’ (green).

Resetting your password
Once your e-mail address has been verified you will now be able to reset your password through the self-service password reset process - just click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the Sign In page to get started.
