I have forgotten my password?

If you can't remember your username and/or email address, you can reset it by contacting your administrator.

You can also use the password reset option as shown below:

If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).

1. Click on Forgotten your password.

2. Enter your Username.

3. Enter your Email address.

4. Enter the Reset code, received in your email.

5. Click Submit.

If you are using Cloud Contact Centre from Microsoft Teams?

1. Click on Forgot your Password?

2. Enter your Username.

3. Enter your Email associated with your account.

Enter the 6-digit verification code from your email.
