The IVR Administration web portal is very much an administration product and is intended for IT or Technical Support team members within you business, who have attended a training session.
Although, some elements can be accessed and managed by end-users (customers), who will have access agreed by prior arrangement with their service provide or business management.
This customer access is primarily managed using the 'Phrase Recorder' which is a telephone number allocated to a business to allow IVR Maintenance over the phone, such as 'Recording Phrases' which will be stored in the Phrase Library, putting an application (call flow) into 'Emergency Mode' or 'Testing an application'.
