To delete a 'Reason Code' click on the 'Edit' icon for the Reason Code you wish to remove.
In the example below, we will be deleting the 'Staff Training' Reason Code:
When you have clicked on the 'Edit' icon on the right side, the Reason Code will be displayed as shown in the example below:
Click the 'Delete' button to remove the Reason Code, the following confirmation prompt will be displayed.
Click 'Cancel' to return to the Reason Code page without removing the reason code or 'Delete' if you still wish to Delete (remove) the Reason Code.
