Tabs can be added to allow quick viewing of specific agent statistics for the members of your contact centre team(s).
In the example below, a tab will be created for Agent 2 in the Sales Team.
1. Click on the + tab from the agents toolbar as shown in the example below:
2. A new tab will now be displayed as shown:
3. Click anywhere on the new tab to name the statistic tab. Enter the name of the statistic in this example 'Agent 2'.
Click Cancel to exit without changing the name or Save to rename the tab.
4. When saved, the new renamed tab 'Agent 2' will be displayed.
5. To add specific statistics for this agent, click on Filter as shown in the example below. 6. Enter the agent name in this example we are using Agent 2.
7. Click Apply
8. The specific statistics for Agent 2 can now be selected.
9. Click '-' to expand the current statistics and Edit from the top team menu, to change the statistics.
10. When Edit is selected the current and available statistics will be displayed as shown below.
11. Statistics can be added, removed and re-ordered as required and will be displayed when the Agent 2 tab is selected from the team menu toolbar.
