There are two navigation menus one located on the left-hand side and one at the top.
The Left-hand Navigation Menu (as shown below) is used to move between pages within contact centre. To expand/retract the left-hand navigation menu click on the menu icon:
Click here to expand or collapse the side Menu Bar
Click the drop-down menu to display the contact centre features available to a Supervisor.
If other products are used i.e. Recordings these can be accessed from here.
Administration will display the following sub-menu:
Additional Contact Centre Administration settings can be accessed from here, including Contact Centre Teams, Recordings (if enabled) and Locations.
Click on Cloud Contact Centre to display and manage all your teams:
Teams can be created and managed
Reason Codes can be created and managed. Locations
