If you have many teams to manage, you can use the team Search Filter within your supervisor teams page. Specific teams can be searched using this Filter as shown in the example below:
1. From the Teams page, click on the Filter:
2. Enter the Team Name, or Outbound Caller ID and click the Apply button, to apply the team search filter, or Clear to cancel the search and return to the teams list.
3. In this example the Team Name of Sales Team has been entered, and the teams list has now been filtered to only display this team as shown in the example below.
