The Agents view provides an overview of details for each agent and is configurable.
This view can include a display of the agents currently registered ‘Phone Number’, This is the number where this agents calls are being delivered to.
This view can also help supervisors validate whether the number which has been registered to is correct.

The location details are not displayed by default but can be added easily.
