When your contact centre team has been created and configured, you will then be able to add team members (agents) into those teams.
If this is the first time you are signing in to the contact centre Teams page and viewing the 'Teams' page (Edit Team), you will see a list of all the agents and supervisors within the 'Excluded' list in the centre pane, as shown in the example below:
Agent Search
If you have many agents (team members), you can use the 'Agent Search' as shown in the example below (you must select the column header 'ID', 'Surname' or 'Forename' you wish to search upon first).
In this example we have entered 'Agent 2' and 'Forename' into the search field, the list will automatically filter the results.
There are two agents with a forename of Agent 2, one in Sales and the other in Product.
Adding Agents to a contact centre team
To add agents (team members) to your team, simply, click on the agents to wish to add to the team (multiple selections can be made using the 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' keys) as shown in the example below.
Click on the 'Add' button to move them into the team.
In this example the Sales Supervisor and three Sales agents have been added to this team.
For The 'Supervisor' to be able to view the contact centre teams on the 'Teams' page, they must be included within any teams they wish to view.
