You can create and manage your contact centre teams within your supervisor account.
It will also be necessary to add the contact centre team to an IVR Queue – You may not have access to the IVR Application Manager check with your system administrator
regarding access.
1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Administration
2. Then click on Cloud Contact Centre from the Administration menu as shown below:
A list of any pre-configured contact centre team(s) will now be displayed as shown in the example below:
3. To create a new team, click on the 'Add' icon as shown in the example below:
4. The team configuration page will now be displayed as shown below:
The team details can now be entered.
