Note:
It will be necessary to delete the contact centre team Queue from the IVR Application first, to allow the deletion of the team as shown in the following process.
Contact Centre Teams can be deleted from the 'Edit' Teams icon as shown in the example below:
Click on the 'Edit' icon as shown left, to display the team configuration page as shown below:
Click 'Delete' to delete the team, 'Cancel' to exit without deleting the team or 'Save' to save any change made within the team configuration.
