Removing agents from a team
To remove agents (contact centre team members) from your contact centre team, simply, click on the agents to wish to remove from the team (multiple selections can be made using the 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' keys) as shown in the example below. Click on the 'Remove' button to move them into the 'Excluded' pane in the centre.
In this example the 'Product Team Supervisor' and two 'Product Agents' have been removed from this team.
They are now in the central pool of team members displayed within the central 'Excluded' pane, as shown in the example below:
Click 'Save' to save, 'Cancel' to exit, or 'Delete' to delete the Team.
For The 'Supervisor' to be able to view the contact centre teams on the 'Teams' page, they must be included within any teams they wish to view.
