If a 'Sequential Hunting' Team is selected in Routing Method within the team configuration, the preferred order of Agents can be specified by moving the entries up and down as required as shown in the example below.
For a ‘Circular Hunting’ or ‘Longest Idle Hunting’ routing method, the order will make no difference.
Click to highlight the team member, and click on the 'Up' or 'Down' button to change the sequence. Calls will be passed to the agents in the order selected.
