Adding widgets (statistics) to wallboards.
The individual wallboard statistics windows are called Widgets, click on Add Widget to create a new statistic window for your wallboard.
There are three types of Widgets available.
Count
Select a single count value to display for one or more queues or agents.
Time
Select a single duration statistic to display for one or more queues.
Percentage
Select a single percentage statistic to display for one or more queues.
In this example we will create a new widget with a count value
Click to select the Count widget
Click on Add, or drag and drop the widget onto the wallboard.
The new Count widget will be displayed and is now ready to configure.
Widgets can be resized by dragging the corner and moved around the screen as required. Widgets will automatically resize and snap into grid position.
